I am really proud to reblog this. The blogger was once a student of mine and I believe that some of my fellow bloggers would find her posts very interesting. If you go back to some of her earlier posts the whole journey of acquiring a doctorate in microbiology at one of Australia’s premier laboratories is really educational, entertaining, educational and awe inspiring.
This time last year, my partner and I were looking forward to one thing:
We love going during winter, because it’s cold, wet, and generally miserable, which increases the chances of us having the area to ourselves. Most other people don’t like the cold and wet- but we… well, we don’t like the ‘wet’ 🌧, but we do love the cold.
We got some winter camping gear ready to go for a camping trip after first lockdown ended.
